  • Contract between Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) S.p.A. and DICAM: study of a simplified procedure for the definition of a ranking system for intervention priorities on sections of the railway line exposed to floods, based on the assessment of the speed of the phenomenon and the damage; concluded in 2019.
  • Five-year collaboration agreement between the Po River Basin Authority and DICAM; technical-scientific activities for the improvement of the knowledge of the risk in correspondence with the embankments of the Po river; in progress.
  • Five-year Research Framework Agreements between the Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection of the Emilia-Romagna Region. Hydrological-hydraulic analysis for the definition of hydraulic risk mitigation interventions; in progress.
  • Consultancy contract commissioned by the Interregional Agency for the Po river: mapping of the areas at risk of flooding due to the manoeuvres of the discharge organs or to the hypothetical collapse of the dam of the expansion tank on the Secchia river; in progress.
  • Interregional Agency for the Po River (AIPo). Study of the filtration phenomena below the foundations of the main banks of the River Po. Started in 2016, in progress.
  • Sedipass Project in agreement with Norwegian University of Science and Technology - NTNU, Trondheim, on: 1) Development of reliable and cost-effective techniques for measuring sediment concentrations and size distribution in rivers and hydraulic structures. 2) Improvement of physical scale modelling using lightweight material rather than sediment. 3) Quantification of sediment erosion on turbine components and development of effective methods to minimize damage.4) Identification of the environmental impact on the downstream river environment due to sediment irrigation. (2014-18).
