Honours Track @ DICAM 2026 Call for Applications: Scholarships and Excellence Programmes

The Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering at the University of Bologna is offering 15 places, of which 3 are funded by scholarships, as part of the Honors Track @ DICAM initiative

Pathway to Excellence @ DICAM for students enrolled in the 2025/26 academic year in the first year of the Master’s degree programmes in Civil Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, and Engineering for

the Environment and the Territory at the University of Bologna, broken down as follows:

• CIVIL ENGINEERING area: 5 places, of which 1 is covered by a scholarship for the Master’s degree programmes in Civil Engineering and Ingegneria Civile

• CHEMICAL ENGINEERING area: 5 places, of which 1 is covered by a scholarship for the Master’s Degree Programme in Chemical and Process Engineering

• ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING area: 5 places, of which 1 is covered by a scholarship for the Master’s Degree Programme in Environmental and Territorial Engineering

Through this initiative, the Department aims to recognise outstanding students by involving them in high-quality study programmes and offering them opportunities to deepen their individual knowledge and foster

engagement with the field of research.

The scholarship, awarded in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 4 to the student ranked first in each of the three Areas, consists of a sum of €3,000.00 (gross of charges payable by the recipient) and will be paid by the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering in two instalments, both gross of charges payable by the recipient: €1,500.00 at the start of the Pathway of Excellence (by 31 March 2026) and €1,500.00 at the start of the second academic year, subject to verification of merit requirements (by 31 October 2027)
