On February 10, the first PhD Recruiting Day of the University of Bologna will take place online.
The aim of the event is to facilitate connections between institutions and companies and our PhD graduates, in order to present highly specialized profiles with job opportunities that enhance the skills acquired during the doctoral program.
Participating organizations will have access to virtual rooms where they can introduce themselves, present their projects and areas of activity, as well as the career opportunities offered to PhD holders to strengthen their competitiveness and innovative capacity.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about dynamic business environments, explore career paths outside academia, and interact directly with recruiters through Q&A sessions and subsequent introductory interviews.
The initiative represents a concrete opportunity to enhance the specialized and transferable skills acquired during the doctoral journey, fostering dialogue between academia and industry and facilitating the integration of PhD profiles into highly innovative contexts.
