The Administration of the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM) provides a range of administrative services. The main areas of service are listed below:

- Research projects (administrative management, accounting, reporting and support)
- Electronic protocol (Titulus)
- Reimbursement of membership fees
- Extra-institutional assignments
- Requests for sponsorship
- General services (stationery, post, etc.)
- Internationalisation (teaching and research agreements of international relevance)
- Support for the activation and administrative management of the Department's PhD course
