LAGIRN - Services and consultancy
At LAGIRN, commercial tests can be carried out on behalf of companies, organizations and private customers according to UNI, EN and ISRM and other possible experimental procedures.
At LAGIRN there is a laboratory for the specimen preparation, also operating for third parties, in which it is possible to perform:
- Slab cutting with impregnated diamond disc; any linear dimension up to 300 mm
- Coring of samples with impregnated diamond core bit
- Surface grinding with impregnated diamond wheel; any size up to 200 mm
- Polishing of cut and ground surfaces
- Preparation of cubic or parallelepiped specimens for various tests
The testing activity on behalf of companies, organizations and private customers is divided into the following areas and tests:
- Laboratory characterization of rocks and ornamental stones
- Characterization of granular raw materials and solid wastes
- Porous media characterization of by nuclear magnetic resonance
- In situ tests
- Other tests
