Abstract
The project ALBA-VITA aims at exploiting fruit-processing byproducts for bacterial and microalgal growth and for the production of high-value biobased products (pigments, phenolic compounds, long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids-LC-PUFAs and antimicrobial compounds) with potential application for the contro of plant pathogens and/or other sectors.
